Just looking at a lot of the old names I remember from 1963, when we started at Staythorpe. I was in digs at 47 Sale Street Derby with Pete Jackson and another lad from Northampton, who, I think worked for EMEB. Over the road were Steve Ellis, Jimmy Parker.

My old mate Neil Paling who I grew up with was at mar Owens!! Think Charlie Britton and a few more were there too. Had some good times with Dave Bennett in those days also. All nearly 60 years ago, very pleased to say I still meet up with Neil Paling for a few beers on a regular basis.
